ISC Single Progress Capture Pulley - One Way Locking - 30kN

One-way locking bearings are ideal for lifting and lowering.  The wheel is locked in one direction, to create maximum friction when lowering/releasing.  In the opposite direction the wheel runs freely, for minimum friction for lifting/hauling/tensioning.
